These Website Application Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to individuals submitting a job application, CV, or registration form via the RiyActive website.

By submitting an application, you (“Candidate”) confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Purpose

  • RiyActive Sports Training LLC (“RiyActive”) provides employment opportunities in sports coaching, youth programmes, fitness, event staffing, and related roles.

  • Applications submitted via the website are used for initial screening purposes. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment, interviews, or a job offer.

2. Candidate Representations

By submitting an application via the website, you warrant that:

  • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

  • You understand that RiyActive may verify your qualifications, work experience, references, and other information as part of the recruitment process.

  • You consent to RiyActive contacting you regarding employment opportunities.

  • You agree that RiyActive may store and process your personal data for recruitment purposes, including shortlisting, communications, and regulatory requirements.

3. Shortlisting and Full Employment Terms

  • Candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted by RiyActive for further screening, interviews, or assessments.

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive the full Candidate Terms & Conditions / Employment Contract, which includes:

  • Permanent and temporary employment provisions

  • Visa sponsorship obligations

  • Minimum Contract Period

  • Early Termination Costs

  • Non-compete clauses for coaches and trainers

  • Timesheet and payment rules for temporary assignments

  • Acceptance of the full employment terms is mandatory for candidates offered a position and visa sponsorship.

4. Confidentiality

By submitting an application, you agree to:

  • Keep confidential any information received about RiyActive, its business operations, training programmes, or clients during the recruitment process.

  • Use any information provided only for the purposes of your application and potential employment with RiyActive.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the RiyActive website, including logos, training materials, and intellectual property, remains the property of RiyActive. Candidates may not copy, distribute, or use any content for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

RiyActive shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions regarding shortlisting or recruitment

  • Delays in contacting candidates

  • Unsuccessful applications

  • Any other consequences arising from submission of your application

  • Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to website applications will fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

8. Acceptance

  • By submitting an application via the RiyActive website, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms

  • Agree to the collection and use of your personal information for recruitment purposes

  • Understand that shortlisted candidates will be sent the full employment terms and conditions, which must be accepted for employment and visa sponsorship
