RiyActive Group (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes our commitment to preventing modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.

This policy applies to:

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or exploitation in any form.

We are committed to acting ethically and transparently in all our business dealings.

4. Definition of Modern Slavery

For the purpose of this policy, “modern slavery” includes:

Forced or compulsory labour: work done under threat or without free consent.

Human trafficking: recruitment, transportation, or harbouring of persons by means of coercion, deception, or abuse for exploitation.

Child labour: any work that deprives children of their childhood, dignity, or educational opportunities.
5. Our Practices

Employment: We only hire staff under fair contracts in compliance with UAE labour laws. All employment is voluntary.

Wages & Working Hours: We ensure employees are paid fairly, with clear employment terms and legal working hours.

Recruitment: We do not use agencies that charge recruitment fees to workers or engage in unethical recruitment practices.

Safeguarding: We apply strict safeguarding measures to protect children and vulnerable individuals who participate in our programs.
6. Supply Chain Standards

We require our suppliers and contractors to uphold the same commitment against slavery and exploitation.

Contracts with suppliers may include compliance clauses relating to anti-slavery and ethical labour practices.

We will take appropriate action, including termination of contracts, if suppliers fail to comply.
7. Training & Awareness

Staff will be trained to identify risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Managers and staff with procurement responsibilities will receive additional training to ensure ethical sourcing.
8. Reporting Concerns

Employees, suppliers, or third parties are encouraged to report any concerns about slavery or exploitation within our business or supply chain.

Concerns can be reported confidentially to safeguarding@riyactive.ae or directly to senior management.

Reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly, and appropriate action will be taken.
9. Monitoring & Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary.

We will assess risks within our operations and supply chain regularly to ensure ongoing compliance.
10. Responsibility
The Board of Directors of RiyActive Group has ultimate responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy. Managers are responsible for implementing it within their teams, and all employees are required to comply.
